Main Uses of Tissue Conditioner

1. Repairing damaged mucosa

   Alleviates redness, ulcers, or tenderness caused by long-term denture wear.

2. Cushioning pressure and friction

   Forms an elastic buffer layer between dentures and soft tissues to reduce mechanical irritation.

3. Promoting mucosal healing

   Provides a moist protective environment for injured mucosa to accelerate recovery.

4. Interim treatment

    Temporarily improves denture fit before the fabrication of permanent restorations.

 

Usage Instructions of GC Model Resin

1. Mixing Ratio

    Follow the specified powder-to-liquid ratio (e.g., 10g powder to 1ml liquid) for optimal consistency.

2. Mixing and Pouring

    Mix thoroughly until bubble-free, then immediately pour into molds/impressions to avoid premature hardening.

3. Curing Time

    Allow to self-cure at room temperature (typically 5-10 minutes), as per product guidelines.

4. Post-Processing

    Trim excess material and polish the cured resin for a smooth finish.

Precautions  

1. Safety Measures

    Wear gloves and eye protection; avoid skin/eye contact. Ensure adequate ventilation.  

2. Precision in Mixing

    Deviating from the recommended ratio may weaken the resin or cause curing issues.  

3. Timely Application

    Use the mixture immediately after preparation, as delayed use reduces flowability and accuracy.  

4. Storage

    Store powder in a dry place and liquid in a sealed, light-proof container away from heat/flames.  

5. Professional Use Only

    Intended for trained dental technicians/clinicians, not for patient self-application.
